• Deliver maintenance engineering services that meet our clients and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements • Review the existing maintenance strategy, verify if they meet performance standards, GMS, regulatory require • Prepare maintenance strategy for project specific new equipment and support Maintenance Strategy optimization • Prepare the CMMS Maintenance Master Data in line with client’s Master Data guideline and current practice • Create/Update Performance Standards, Regulatory Standards, Global Maintenance Strategy and other PM related documents • Identify critical spares, manage critical spares register and ensure correct levels are held state-wide, to enhance asset reliability • Develop and review BOM/EPL • Perform the Equipment Criticality Analysis • Audit the SAP for project specific material and catalogue the project specific material in line with client guideline • Prepare LSMW Template for SAP Maintenance and Material Master Data change requests • Prepare/update the PRT /MWI (maintenance work instructions) required to maintain equipment • Monitor compliance of maintenance work and equipment in line with statutory requirements for Major Hazard Facilities • Keep open lines of communication in relation to safety, production, cost and improvement ideas • Develop inspection programmes for process piping, vessels and equipment in accordance with Australian and international standards, government bodies • Review engineering specification and drawings, build design modification to improve plant reliability • Identify issues and problems; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in the discipline |
